"Kris, Sam, and his crew do a DYNO-MITE job!! I was feelin JJ - Jimmie Walker there Lol. I was referred by the fantastic people at Santa Rosa Tint - I Looooooove my tinted ride. So I was in the city and someone backed into my parked car and JACKED it up - ya know that first dent that creates a tear in the corner of your eye. Bobby referred me and said Kris is a Rock Star when it comes to fixing like new and is an awesome guy also - that makes it all more enjoyable for me. Plus his price was substantially more reasonable than every other place I took it too or talked too. I'm talking double and triple quotes at other joints. It wasn't cheap - it was reasonable for an excellent job. I paid out of pocket because you buy insurance your whole life then you need it and they raise your fee - that's the business to be in - that and Bail Bondsman. No thanks. I stopped by a few times and talked to Sam - she's at the desk up front - super cool, knowledgable, patient, explained things to me which got me less hyphy. I worry about this stuff when I have a truck full of other things to worry about. I brought it in and they got a part from the car company instead of aftermarket parts which Kris explained (especially in my circumstance) that the aftermarket part may not fit as well as the Car company part would - makes sense and my buddy a mechanic thought this guy knows his stuff, good start. I was supposed to pick it up the next evening and Bill his GM or AGM called and extrememly apologetically said the part they sent wasn't wrapped safe in cardboard, it was just free in a box to get knocked around and came in bent so they had to get another part - ok. Then it happened again and they demanded they box it up and ship two of them to make sure one of them came in correctly. It took a couple days more and this guy Bill was so apologetic I felt bad for him, I have to do that in business and completely understand. So I got all of them a bottle of wine as a small tip of appreciation. Awesome people - did a fantastic job and excellent customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED"

"The '97 Camry was hit hard by a deer, apparently a pretty common occurrence after the wildfire and during the rutting season. No one was hurt, thankfully, but the front bumper, right quarter panel, and hood suffered extensive damage. The poor deer's blood and hair, in fact, were splattered all over the hood and bumper. The Camry ran well and looked great before the collision with the deer but the insurance company, State Farm, still wanted to total it, this despite the terrific effort by Kris and Bill to find reasonably priced parts from many different sources and put the vehicle back together at an acceptable cost. We decided to have them proceed with the repairs and we are so glad we did. The car looks just as it did before -- better in fact -- and runs smoothly. It's a salvage vehicle now, but there's never been a better looking and operating salvage vehicle on the road than this. Thanks Kris, Bill & Sam."
